The Maine Coon Companion Guide is a digital product delivered electronically. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, all purchases are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or made available for download.

However, if you experience a technical issue and cannot access your purchased guide, please contact us at coonnation99@gmail.com. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

If the file is damaged, incomplete, or a technical problem prevents you from accessing the purchased guide, please contact us as soon as possible. We may provide assistance or a replacement file where appropriate.

Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind after purchasing or downloading the digital product.
